Salon Manager

Lead and motivate a team of stylists and other salon staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques in hair and beauty to ensure the salon is offering the latest services and products.
Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business and increase revenue, such as promotions and events.
Train and mentor staff on product knowledge and sales techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Ensure that the salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other departments in the store to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
Monitor and analyze salon performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff.
Participate in hiring and training new salon employees.
Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate product orders.
Stay informed about competitor activities and make recommendations to stay competitive in the market.
