Develop and implement salon strategies to drive sales and meet performance goals.
Hire, train, and mentor stylists to maintain a high-performing and motivated team.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and available for customers.
Create and maintain a positive and welcoming salon environment for both customers and employees.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to provide the latest and best services to customers.
Oversee scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for all salon services.
Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with other salon managers and store management to achieve overall company goals.
Maintain salon cleanliness and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Track and analyze salon performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to stylists to support their growth and development.
