Salon Manager

We are seeking a Salon Manager to help lead and support this unique ecosystem—someone who values people, organization, and creating an exceptional daily experience for both clients and professionals. Your role is to support their success, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain the strong, positive culture that has defined our salon for decades. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Environment • Oversee and manage the daily flow of the salon • Ensure the space is consistently clean, organized, and welcoming • Coordinate daily services such as towel service and front desk scheduling support • Maintain a calm, efficient environment where both clients and professionals feel cared for Front Desk & Retail Management • Supervise reception operations, including booking, client communication, and check-ins • Support and grow the salon’s retail store (merchandising, inventory, and sales performance) • Ensure an elevated and personalized client experience from arrival to checkout What Makes This Role Unique • You’ll support independent beauty professionals, not traditional employees • You’ll help maintain a healthy, drama-free culture that has thrived for 30 years • You’ll manage both salon operations and a boutique-style retail space • You’ll play a key role in preserving a stable, long-standing Denver business
