Job Overview - Bi-lingual required (Spanish/English)
We need a people's person that wants to learn and has empathy towards others. If you want to be "the boss" that no one can question, this is not for you. We really work as a team. This is a small salon where we work towards maintaining a great atmosphere between the staff and maintaining our loyal clientele happy.
The owner lives a few blocks away and operates the salon when needed and will always be available for support but really wants to delegate most responsibilities.
The pay advertised is the main income but commissions are also available.
Duties
The main duty is to operate the reception desk, manage appointments and charge the services.
Lead and supervise salon staff.
Coordinate scheduling shifts.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
Experience
No experience required but an affinity with the beauty environment is recommended.
Pay: $150.00 - $180.00 per day
