Salon Manager

Girlie Girl Salon & Boutique is seeking an experienced Salon Manager to help lead on one of Metro Detroit's premier luxury salon and retail destinations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the front desk team, oversee operations, maintain guest satisfaction, resolve concerns, support hiring and onboarding, manage inventory, improve scheduling efficiency, and work with ownership to strengthen systems and culture.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

A confident, organized leader with 3+ years of management experience in hospitality, luxury retail, healthcare, or another customer-focused industry. Salon experience is welcome, but not required.
