What You'll Do

Lead all aspects of daily salon operations
Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Drive membership growth, retail sales, and exceptional customer experiences
Motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales goals
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional salon environment
Oversee scheduling, cash management, inventory, and operational excellence
Build excitement in the community through local marketing and events

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has 2-3+ years of leadership or management experience
Loves coaching, mentoring, and developing people
Thrives in a sales-driven environment and enjoys exceeding goals
Is passionate about beauty, wellness, and helping customers feel confident
Brings positive energy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic every day
Is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing both people and operations
