Recruit and hire top talent to meet salon staffing needs.Evaluate and support team member performance through goal-setting and documentation.Model exceptional service by consulting with clients and delivering high-quality salon services.Participate in approved marketing initiatives to promote the salon.Educate clients and team members about hair care and salon services.Lead by example to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Provide thorough consultations, clearly communicating pricing before services begin.Handle administrative tasks promptly, including POS transactions, inventory, and scheduling.Communicate positively with clients, team members, and corporate support.Meet or exceed productivity standards as set by Regis.Safeguard salon assets by enforcing cash handling protocols.Train and lead on all services offered at the salon.Adapt work schedules as needed to accommodate business demands.Attend all required training sessions, both virtual and in-person.Required Skills and Abilities:

Ability to lead and work as a team player or independently.Effective self-promotion and community marketing skills.Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.Consistent delivery of great customer service.Efficiently multitask various salon duties.Willingness to learn new techniques and stay up-to-date with hair trends.Ability to lead through change and coach others effectively.Flexibility to travel to other salon locations as needed.Commitment to maintaining full-time status and meeting business needs.Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role.Experience Required:

Preferred: 3 years of experience as a Stylist.Preferred: 1 year of experience in a salon leadership role.Education:

Must hold a valid cosmetology or barber's license.All Salon Leaders are required to complete assigned training as determined by Regis.Work Location:
