Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar is looking for a high-energy, positive, business-minded Salon Leader + Master Stylist to help take our Brentwood location to the next level.

This is not a typical salon manager position. We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, inspire a team, build culture, drive sales, create exceptional client experiences, and help grow the business.

The ideal candidate is both a strong leader and a talented stylist behind the chair. You should be confident performing and consulting on color, highlights, balayage, cuts, blowouts, extensions, treatments, styling, and overall beauty transformations.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and inspire the salon team daily
Create a positive, energetic, accountable salon culture
Deliver exceptional client experiences and consultations
Perform services as a Master Stylist including color, cuts, highlights, balayage, extensions, blowouts, styling, and treatments
Lead by example behind the chair through service quality, professionalism, and client retention
Drive salon sales, memberships, retail, and service upgrades
Coach and develop stylists, assistants, and newer team members
Manage daily salon operations, scheduling, and performance metrics
Support local marketing, community outreach, and social media initiatives
Help grow the Brentwood location into a flagship market

Qualifications

Active Tennessee cosmetology license
Strong technical stylist experience required
Experience with color services, consultations, and upselling
Extensions experience strongly preferred
Previous leadership or management experience preferred
Positive attitude and natural leadership ability
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong accountability
Strong communication and people skills
Organized, driven, and business-minded

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
