The Salon Floor Leader/Lead Stylist is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the salon by providing leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to the salon team. This role serves as a mentor to stylists and assistants, helps maintain exceptional guest experiences, and works closely with the Salon Manager to uphold Versus Salon's service, education, and performance standards. * Assist with the training, coaching, and development of new stylists. * Minimum of 3–5 years of professional salon experience preferred.
