Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Lead Stylist at our Atlanta, GA location. The Salon Lead Stylist will provide professional cosmetology services, including haircutting, styling, and coloring, while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include product recommendations, overseeing daily salon operations, inventory, mentoring junior stylists, and maintaining a clean, welcoming salon environment. The role also involves contributing to retail sales and educating clients on proper hair, skin care, and product usage while representing the brand.

Qualifications
