Provide concierge-level service to guestsLead and support the Guest Relations Team and StylistsMaintain salon presentationAssist with training for new team membersAdministrative Support: Meet weekly with the Owner and Executive Assistant for operational updatesOrder and replenish inventory and supplies within established budget guidelinesMaintain spending and tracking reportsTraining Schedule: Tuesdays thru Fridays: 7:45am-4:00pm + lunch breakAlternating Saturdays: 7:45am-2:00pmDaily Workflow:
