Job Summary of Salon Lead:

This position is focused on delivering expert level hair and beauty services while enhancing the overall guest experience. The role involves consulting with guests, recommending services and products, and performing a wide range of advanced salon services. Emphasis is placed on achieving performance targets, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting a collaborative salon environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Salon Lead:

Providing a complete range of salon services such as design, cutting, coloring, texturing, treating, styling, perming, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing as needed.Meet or exceed the weekly service sales target by providing high-quality guest service to customers.Improve retail revenue by offering personalized recommendations for products and conducting in-person demonstrations in the salon.Actively participate in marketing events and promotions to create guest engagement and increase service visibility.Maintain awareness of recent trends and products to enhance the quality of your services and consultations with clients.Establish and maintain solid guest rapport while offering personalized service and bespoke retail suggestions.Embrace collaboration with colleagues and brand partners to create a supportive and inclusive salon culture driven by teamwork.Uphold cleanliness and safety regulations to create a secure and welcoming atmosphere in the salon.Uphold company policies, booking protocols, and guest readiness procedures for all guests' satisfaction.Qualifications and Experience of Salon Lead:

- A cosmetology license in good standing is needed.A background in salon work is mandatory.Skilled in haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing techniques.Knowledgeable in the use of salon tools and chemicals for professional treatments.Experienced in promoting and selling high-end beauty items for professionals.Showing proficiency in guest service and communication, prioritizing the establishment of repeat clientele.Ability to be self-reliant while also being an effective team player.Willingness to work a flexible roster that may involve evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Benefits of Salon Lead:
