Salon Hospitality Coordinator (Seasonal / Temp-to-Hire)
About the Role
The Salon Hospitality Coordinator is the operational heart of our salon, dedicated to running an exceptional back-of-house (BOH) support system. In this crucial temporary seasonal role, you elevate the everyday experience for both our creative team and our clients by keeping our work environment seamless, pristine, and fully stocked during our busiest time of year.
Your primary focus is driving BOH operations—managing continuous laundry cycles, sanitizing brushes and tools, maintaining a spotless team kitchen, tracking supply inventory, and serving client beverages. By keeping BOH running smoothly, you empower our stylists and associate stylists to focus entirely on their craft.
This is a seasonal, temporary position through the peak season. High-performing coordinators who demonstrate exceptional reliability, detail-orientation, and team support will be considered for transition into a permanent full-time role with our complete employee benefits package.
