Compensation = Hourly + Performance Incentives + Tips (full-time OTE $64,000–$100,000+ / year) Deliver high-quality hair and headspa-related services with attention to detail and client comfort Provide thoughtful consultations addressing hair, scalp, and lifestyle needs Support and contribute to head spa services as part of daily operations Educate clients on hair and scalp wellness, product usage, and follow-up care Manage bookings, phones, and online appointments to keep the day running smoothly Greet guests, handle concerns, and help turn any issues into positive experiences Maintain a clean, organized, professional environment for both guests and staff Help uphold salon culture, timing, and service standards across the team Be a working leader: coach newer stylists, give feedback, and model the level of service we expect Post at least once per week on your professional Instagram showcasing your work in the salon, and help the team do the same (ideas, feedback, encouragement) Are you able to work Saturdays and some evenings?
