Each team member is responsible for charging and collecting all service fees from their clients and taking part in daily cleanup. We have a diverse team of professionals providing a variety of services - each with their own schedule, prices, policies, and promotions. Kristen Mason, founder and owner, has a passion for education, whether it’s self education, educating budding professionals, or furthering education for experienced professionals. She is driven to work with other professionals and empower them to become the best they can be, which was a catalyst towards forming a collective as opposed to a traditional salon business model.
