Job Duties and Responsibilities of Salon Hair Specialist:

Administer a broad spectrum of salon treatments, including styling, cutting, coloring, texture services, treatments, extensions, keratin procedures, makeup application, and ear piercing services as required.Exceed or meet the goal of $1250 in average weekly sales through exceptional service delivery and ensuring guest satisfaction.Elevate guest involvement by conducting interactive product showcases and advising on appropriate services.Participate in retail promotions and gatherings designed to elevate the quality of service and interaction with customers.Keep abreast of beauty trends and products to deliver informed and on-point consultations to guests seeking advice.Build lasting guest rapport and support Ulta Beauty’s loyalty initiatives and mobile platform.Partner with peers and the retail team to present unified support for guests across all areas of the store.Adhere unwaveringly to safety, cleanliness, and compliance protocols in the salon at all times.Manage the inventory needs and cleanliness standards of the salon and assigned areas by effectively communicating supply requirements.Qualifications and Experience of Salon Hair Specialist:
