As a Guest Services Shift Leader, you'll be a key member of our Salon’s leadership team, reporting directly to the Ann Arbor Regional Director. You will lead our Guest Services team and ensure the smooth operation of Guest Service operations. Your role is pivotal in upholding our commitment to providing exceptional guest care. Assist in training the Guest Services team, working closely with the Regional Director & Salon Coach. Previous retail and/or customer service experience is a must.
