We are seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Coordinator to join our front desk team.

Our front desk sets the tone for every guest who walks through our doors. This role is ideal for someone polished, organized, and takes pride in delivering an elevated hospitality experience.

We are not simply looking for someone to answer phones — we are looking for someone who understands that every guest interaction matters.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and ensure a seamless arrival experience

Coordinate reservations using our salon management system

Answer phones, text messages, and guest inquiries professionally

Maintain an organized and calm front desk environment

Support our stylists and barbers so their day runs smoothly

Assist guests with product recommendations and retail purchases

Uphold the high standards and luxury experience J Salon is known for

What We're Looking For

Professional, polished, and dependable

Available to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment

A hospitality mindset and attention to detail

Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
