About the Position

We are seeking a Guest Experience Team Member for our salon. This person needs to be comfortable with utilizing scripts, making retail recommendations and offering upgrades. Part-time or full-time availability, Saturdays or Sundays are required. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience in a Salon, Spa, Retail or Customer Service environment.

Responsibilities

Check In and Check Out guests
Make homecare recommendations to guests
Offer upgraded services
Make guest aware of current salon promotions
Communicate with guests through phone, text and email
Schedule Reservations
Respond to email and guest inquiries
Restock retail area and process shipment
Perform opening and closing procedures
General housekeeping

Must Haves

Experience and skills in Customer service
Ability to multi-task in high-volume setting
Friendly, team player

Nice to Have, but not required

Experience in upscale salon or spa environment
Experience in Beauty Retail store like Ulta, Sephora or MAC
Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
Familiarity with Aveda, Zenoti or salon scheduling software
