Neroli Salon & Spa is looking for an enthusiastic, people-first leader to become our next Salon General Manager, overseeing our Downtown and Eastside teams. If you love mentoring stylists, obsess over guest experience, and know how to run a profitable, well-organized salon floor, we want to meet you.
In this role, you'll mentor, coach, and inspire our team to consistently deliver a 5-star guest experience aligned with our mission and values while driving the profitability, operational efficiency, and growth of both locations. You'll be the culture-carrier for a positive, empowering workplace where team members want to build their careers.

Schedule: 40 hours requires evening and weekend availability
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Leadership & Team Development
Inspire and retain top talent through motivation, recognition, and ongoing coachingConduct quarterly touchpoints with both technical and non-technical team membersMonitor performance and assist with annual reviewsCoordinate monthly meetings for the retail teamDevelop and implement a leadership succession plan to grow future leadersEmpower the team with the tools and resources they need to excel
Business Operations & Profitability
Oversee operations that impact profitability, identifying and acting on opportunities for improvementMonitor and communicate revenue targets to the retail team and service providersManage retail and service operations to ensure high productivity and service standardsOversee technical scheduling to maintain appropriate staffing levelsOversee daily cash control, marketing, and inventory management
Guest Experience & Retention
Build and maintain strong guest relationships to drive high retention ratesEnsure guest amenities consistently meet or exceed expectationsFacilitate group events and special guest experiences
Programs & Growth
Implement and oversee the Aveda Rewards and Neroli Loyalty programsLead execution of Aveda product launches and seasonal plansParticipate in planning and execution of broader organizational goals
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Ability to develop, communicate, and implement a clear vision for the locationStrong understanding of salon/spa products, services, and industry trendsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA high degree of fairness, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate others
Education, Experience & Credentials
Minimum 3 years of practical salon/spa experiencePrevious retail management experienceFamiliarity with Aveda product lines and loyalty programsCertification in salon/spa management (preferred)
