Salon Front Desk Lead

Elle Marie Hair Studio is a family-founded company with five locations across Snohomish County including Mill Creek, Snohomish, Lynnwood, Woodinville, and Smokey Point. Front Desk Lead – Full Time (Weekdays) Elle Marie Hair Studio – Smokey Point What You'll Do Create a welcoming, polished experience for every guest from arrival to checkout Manage appointments, phones, and in-salon communication with efficiency and professionalism Support stylists and leadership to keep the day running smoothly Multitask with ease while maintaining a calm, positive presence Handle guest concerns with empathy and confidence when they arise In this lead role, you will also: Oversee retail and backbar inventory, including tracking, organization, and restocking Support timecard review and preparation to ensure accuracy ahead of payroll processing Help maintain accountability and flow at the front desk Act as a go-to resource for front desk team members Schedule Full-time, primarily weekdays We anticipate little to no weekend requirement for this role but could be an option if requested. What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills A polished, professional, and friendly presence Confidence in guest interactions, including occasional service recovery High attention to detail, especially with administrative tasks Ability to take initiative and follow through Customer service or hospitality experience (salon experience is a plus)What Makes This Role Different This is not just a front desk position, you'll play a key role in supporting the operations and structure of the salon, helping ensure both the guest experience and behind-the-scenes systems run seamlessly.
