Salon Front Desk Coordinator

The Salon Coordinator ensures a smooth Salon experience from having a thorough knowledge of all Hair treatments and retail products to checking guests in and out of the Salon. Previous customer experience in a high end environment and ability to work effectively under pressure Excellent communication and organizational skills Retail experience preferred Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service. 2+ years of experience in customer service Demonstrated advanced competency in sales related to salon products and services Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities Able to build a strong and productive team environment by learning and anticipating the needs of our stylists and our clients Proficiency in computer programs including Microsoft Office and Boulevard Booking Program A work environment that inspires your creativity Convenient location in Wicker Park, steps from the Division Blue Line stop Incredibly smart and talented team members 401(k) savings plans, paid sick time, 2 weeks vacation, parking passes, discounted products and services A leadership team dedicated to your professional growth and development Opportunity to become full time assistant in apprenticeship program after 6 months (w/ cosmetology license)
