Our Dallas location is seeking an exceptional Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our premium beauty destination. Since opening in 2023, we've built a reputation for outstanding client experiences—and that starts with you.
About the Role:
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, managing a busy reception desk where excellent service meets smooth operations. This includes greeting clients, managing our appointment book, processing transactions, handling multi-line phones and email correspondence, and supporting daily spa operations.

2+ years salon/spa reception experience strongly preferredExceptional phone presence and professional communication skillsStrong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environmentsMeticulous attention to detailProficiency with scheduling software and computer systemsStrong written and verbal English skillsWarm, friendly personality with a service-first mindsetWeekend availability (at least one weekend day required)What We Offer:
