Guest Services Specialist — Menagerie Style House (Raleigh & Wendell Falls)
Menagerie Style House is hiring a Guest Services Specialist for both our Raleigh and Wendell Falls locations. You'll manage our booking flow, handle guest communication across phone and text, and keep the salon running smoothly between appointments.
We're looking for someone who's naturally detail-oriented, comfortable picking up the phone, and takes pride in well-written communication. Our guest texts and emails represent the salon, so grammar and spelling matter.
What you'll do
Greet and care for guests in person from the moment they arrive
Book, confirm, and adjust appointments over the phone and in person
Communicate with guests via text and email using warm, professional, well-written language
Keep the salon tidy, stocked, and guest-ready throughout your shift
Support our stylists and leadership team with the small details that make a big difference
What we're looking for
Strong written communication — your texts and emails should be polished, not rushed
Confident, friendly phone presence
Sharp attention to detail (you notice what others miss)
Previous experience in hospitality, service, or a guest-facing role
Reliable, organized, and genuinely enjoys being part of a team

Two locations: Raleigh and Wendell Falls
Saturdays required
Some closing shifts until 8:30pm required
