Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage appointment scheduling using POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently and accurately Handle phone inquiries with polished etiquette, providing information and booking appointments Assist clients with product demos, upselling retail items to enhance their salon experience Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk, including stocking and merchandising retail products Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for payments and change Support inventory management by stocking shelves and ensuring product displays are attractive and well-maintained
