The Salon Floor Leader/Lead Stylist is responsible for supporting the salon's daily operations by providing leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to the salon team. This role serves as a mentor to stylists and assistants, helps maintain exceptional guest experiences, and works closely with the Salon Manager to uphold Versus Salon's service, education, and performance standards. Assist with the training, coaching, and development of new stylists. Lead by example through exceptional technical work, customer service, punctuality, and professionalism. Minimum of 3–5 years of professional salon experience preferred.
