Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with every visit.
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, techniques, and products, and incorporate them into services to enhance the client experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Educate clients on proper skincare and beauty routines, recommending products and services to meet their individual needs.
Continuously promote JCPenney salon services and products, actively participating in promotional events and campaigns.
Collaborate with other salon team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, and share acquired information with colleagues.
Keep track of appointments, accurately record services performed, and process payments using the salon's booking and payment systems.
Uphold the JCPenney brand standards and code of conduct, representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
