Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Consult with clients to determine their specific esthetic needs and make recommendations for services.
Maintain a clean and organized work space, following all sanitation and safety protocols.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including scheduling, pricing, and product usage.
Educate clients on proper skin care routines and recommend products to help them achieve their desired results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and return business.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques, continuously improving skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with other salon team members to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and stay informed about new products and services.
Meet or exceed sales goals by promoting and selling salon services and products to clients.
Maintain accurate client records and handle all financial transactions accurately.
Follow all JCPenney and state regulatory guidelines for esthetic services.
