Greet and welcome clients to the salon, making them feel comfortable and valued.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of various esthetic techniques and products.
Educate clients on proper skincare and beauty regimens, recommending products and treatments to meet their individual needs.
Stay up to date on current beauty trends and techniques to continuously improve and enhance services offered.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing equipment and following proper safety protocols.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Work collaboratively with other salon team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
Attend trainings and workshops to further develop skills and knowledge in esthetics.
Meet sales goals by promoting and selling salon services and products to clients.
Take responsibility for scheduling and managing appointments, including follow-up communication with clients.
Adhere to all JCPenney policies and procedures, as well as state and local regulations.
Uphold a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Act as a brand ambassador for JCPenney, promoting the salon and its services both in and outside of the workplace.
Continuously strive to provide the best possible service and exceed client expectations.
