Welcome and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
Consult with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Maintain a clean and organized work station and follow proper sanitation and sterilization procedures.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques to provide the best services to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and personalized attention.
Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient salon experience.
Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting and selling skincare products and services to clients.
Keep accurate and detailed records of client information, services provided, and retail sales.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive manner.
Collaborate with salon management to develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving salon operations and services.
Stay compliant with all state regulations and licensing requirements for estheticians.
