THE BASICS

Pay:

$25 - $28 per hour

Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday: Starting at 8:30 am with Sunday and Mondays off

OR

Monday - Friday: 1:30 pm to 10 pm, with weekends and mornings off

YOUR DAY AS A SALON EDUCATION LEADER

You arrive at the beauty school bright and early, ready to take charge and lead your team as the Education Leader. Your day begins with providing direction to each team member, ensuring everyone is on the same page and ready to tackle the day ahead. Throughout the day, you actively monitor the sales team and quota, address any issues in the classroom, and keep education files and grading up to date. You also coach with learning leaders, facilitate meetings, and oversee various training activities. In this teaching role you are fully engaged in the school community, working with both your team and clientele to ensure a successful and productive day.

REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR EDUCATION LEADER

7+ years of cosmetology license
3+ years of salon experience
Experience in a salon school environment
Salon license
Strong technical abilities
Ability to give thorough presentations
Excellent time management skills, strong coaching ability, flexibility, and great problem-solving skills
Experience in the Paul Mitchell industry (preferred)
