We're a growing, woman-owned beauty and wellness company looking for a passionate, motivated leader to oversee one of our San Diego locations. This isn't a position where you'll sit in an office all day. You'll be actively leading your team, building relationships with guests, creating memorable experiences, and helping your location achieve its goals.

What You'll Do

As a Club Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your location, including:

Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing teamRecruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team membersDriving membership growth and guest retentionCreating an exceptional guest experience that keeps members coming backMonitoring and improving key business metrics and performance goalsCoaching team members to achieve individual and store goalsManaging inventory and operational standardsBuilding community relationships through local marketing and outreachCreating a positive, supportive, and accountability-driven cultureCelebrating wins while helping your team grow through challengesWho We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

Have 1+ year of leadership or management experienceEnjoy coaching, mentoring, and developing othersAre naturally positive, motivated, and solution-orientedLove building relationships with both guests and team membersThrive in a fast-paced environmentAre comfortable leading a team toward performance goalsTake ownership and accountability for resultsHave strong communication and organizational skillsAre excited about personal growth and leadership developmentExperience in beauty, wellness, retail, fitness, hospitality, or service industries is a plus, but great leadership matters most.

Compensation & Benefits
