Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that stylists and clients receive exceptional customer service and support from start to finish with skilled and attentive assistanceEncourage your team to participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest styles and techniquesUtilize exceptional technical abilities to achieve optimal results for haircuts and servicesAn organized salon is essential for effective time management, client satisfaction, and overall profitabilityEstablishing team goals in the salon is a key factor in motivating employees to work together towards a common objectiveBe proactive in pursuing opportunities to learn and develop new skills through workshops, seminars and other training programsQualifications and Experience:

Holding a license for cosmetology or barbering that is up-to-date and valid is a mustAdeptness in communicating effectively and motivating individuals to perform at their bestAdeptness in hair cutting and styling techniques conveyed through precise and polished executionEffective management in a salon requires a balance of flexibility and structure, allowing individuals to handle any situation that may ariseDedicated to realizing personal and salon targetsPerks of the Job:
