What You'll Do Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence, and professionalism — making them feel at home from the moment they arrive. Manage appointments, bookings, and check-ins/outs with accuracy and grace — ensuring a seamless client flow throughout the day. Support stylists, colorists, and spa technicians by coordinating schedules and communication. Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant front desk area that reflects our brand's image. Promote retail sales and service upgrades that enhance the guest's experience. Uphold Dellaria's high standards for service, safety, and teamwork. What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in Cosmetology School — eager to learn the business side of beauty. Previous customer service or retail experience (salon or spa preferred). Outstanding communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. A natural people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
