House of Hue Salon is seeking an excellent salon receptionist. The ideal candidate for our front desk will be a fast learner with strong communication skills and the highest level of professionalism. The receptionist will function as the face of our business and we are looking for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, able to make appointments, and direct clients to their stylists for their hair services. The receptionist should be detail-oriented and have a high degree of accuracy when it comes to presenting themselves and their role in the salon to clients.
Responsibilities:
Greeting as they arrive.
Answer phones and schedule appointments.
Use a computer to change appointments and schedule services.
Transmit messages to employees.
Communicate with coworkers as needed.
Assist with the implementation of product and service promotions.
Work as part of a team.
