Are you an exceptional Salon Manager looking to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a new leader who can apply their deep knowledge of salon management with a responsibility for staff development and client engagement. The ideal person for this position will be experienced in managing an administrative team, ensuring that an efficient workflow process is in place, assisting with staff training and client satisfaction, and performing multiple random observations throughout the week.
Responsibilities:
Manage the workflow of the salon by scheduling and assigning tasks to the staff.
Set up the schedule with all of the employees according to their skill set, experience level, and availability.
Hire, train, and supervise employees.
Be responsible for management of the salon during owner's absence.
Accept responsibility for salon's success in accordance with owner's expectations.
Oversee day-to-day operations of salon and manage cash flow.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
