Christina White Salon is a fun, fast-growing, high-end hair salon with locations in Chesterfield, Brentwood, and St. Charles, MO. We specialize in luxury hair extensions, balayage, blonding, long hair, and color services. This is not a traditional receptionist role. Our Salon Coordinators are a key part of the client experience and help drive salon growth through memberships, rebooking, reviews, retail support, and goal achievement. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, polished, sales-minded, motivated by goals, and excited to work in a luxury salon environment.
Pay
$20/hour base pay + performance bonuses Top performers can earn $52,000+ annually
Compensation includes a guaranteed hourly base plus performance bonuses tied to Gold Club memberships, 5-Star Client Experience reviews, and monthly goal achievement.

Responsibilities include:
Front desk support: greeting and checking out clients, answering phones/texts, and booking appointments using Mindbody software
Client engagement: following our 4-step check-in/check-out process to support Gold Club memberships, rebooking, retail/product recommendations, additional services, and 5-star client reviews
Goal tracking: tracking personal and team performance using our internal system, which updates goals in real time so you always know where you stand and how to earn more
Luxury salon experience: maintaining a clean, polished, high-end front-of-house environment that reflects the Christina White Salon brand
Schedule requirements: up to 2 closing shifts per week and 1–2 Saturdays per month
