Planted Hair Co. is a fast-growing textured hair salon focused on luxury natural hair care, locs, and healthy hair services. We are looking for a Salon Coordinator who can manage the flow of the salon, support the stylists, and ensure every client has an exceptional experience. The Right Person for This Role You are someone who: • Loves organization and systems • Is comfortable managing schedules and solving problems quickly • Has strong communication skills • Can confidently guide clients on booking and scheduling • Enjoys working in a team environment Compensation • $18–$27 per hour • Full-time position • Performance bonuses based on salon metrics
