Part-time & Full-time | $17-21/hr + Commissions

At This Place Blows, we’re more than a salon, we’re an ultra-feminine beauty experience. Our Salon Coordinators are the face of that experience: the first smile that welcomes every guest and the last touchpoint that sends them out the door feeling fabulous.

This role is perfect for someone who’s polished, upbeat, detail-oriented, and loves creating seamless, luxury experiences for others.

What You’ll Do

Be the ultimate host: greet every guest warmly and ensure their visit feels effortless from start to finish
Manage the flow: book, confirm, and organize appointments while keeping the salon running smoothly and on time
Elevate the experience: upsell services, pre-book future visits, and recommend products that keep guests glowing between appointments
Keep things seamless: answer phones, handle questions, and process payments accurately in Blvd salon systems
Support the vibe: maintain the front desk and experience center so they always look immaculate
Jump in when needed: help with inventory, restocking, and light projects
Grow with us: attend team trainings and meetings to stay aligned with our culture and standards

Who You Are

A warm, approachable communicator with natural people skills
Organized and quick on your feet with strong multitasking abilities
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented when challenges come up
Passionate about beauty, style, and delivering luxury customer service

The Perks
