Salon Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role as a Salon Coordinator at Hair Tactics Salon LLC located in Tualatin, OR. The Salon Coordinator will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting and scheduling clients, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Manage emails, jot forms, staff goals, salon schedules. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in customer service or receptionist roleOrganizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in salon management software or similar platformsKnowledge of salon services, products, and trendsAbility to work with a diverse clienteleAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and eveningsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a salon or spa environment is preferredProblem solvers with solution oriented ideasAble to navigate stressful situationsAble to self manage and initiate ideas
