About Us

Glamour Nails is a growing salon focused on exceptional customer service, beautiful nail artistry, and creating a welcoming experience for every client.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Salon Coordinator who enjoys working with people and wants to grow with our team.

This position is much more than answering phones. You will help keep the salon running smoothly while supporting marketing, customer relationships, and daily operations.

Responsibilities Front Desk

Prepare the salon before opening.
Welcome every client with a friendly attitude.
Answer phone calls and text messages.
Schedule and manage appointments.
Check clients in and out.
Process payments.
Offer beverages.
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Support daily salon operations.

Customer Care

Confirm all appointments for the following business day.
Contact clients on the waiting list when openings become available.
Follow up with clients after appointments.
Send birthday messages and promotional offers.
Help reduce no-shows by confirming appointments promptly.

Marketing

Take photos of completed nail sets.
Record short videos and Instagram/Facebook Reels.
Post daily content on social media.
Reply to Facebook, Instagram, and Google messages.
Encourage satisfied clients to leave Google reviews.

Salon Support

Assist with laundry and towel organization
Restock beverages and supplies.
Organize retail displays.
Assist with inventory counts.
Help maintain a clean and professional salon environment.

Qualifications

Friendly and professional
Excellent communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and social media
Positive attitude
Willing to learn
Customer service experience preferred (coffee shop, restaurant, retail, etc.)

No salon experience is required.

Schedule

Typical Schedule:

Wednesday–Saturday

9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Weekend availability is required.

90-Day Introductory Period

All new employees begin with a 90-day introductory period.

Employees who successfully complete the introductory period may become eligible for wage increases, additional responsibilities, and expanded employee benefits.
