Salon Coordinator

Sport Clips is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Part-Time Salon Coordinator to help create an outstanding experience for every client who walks through our doors. Welcome clients with a friendly, professional attitude and ensure they have a great experience from check-in to check-out Answer phones, manage the client queue, and assist with client inquiries Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions Support retail sales by recommending products and educating clients on their benefits Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting salon and retail displays Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering salon supplies Help keep the salon running smoothly by supporting the team with laundry, sanitation, stocking, cleaning stations, and other operational tasks Assist with local marketing efforts, promotions, and social media initiatives Participate in ongoing Sport Clips training and development programs What We're Looking For Previous customer service, receptionist, front desk, or salon experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and basic social media platforms Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team
