Salon Coordinator

We're looking for a Salon Coordinator to help us keep the salon running efficiently. Siren Extension Studio is looking for a reliable, positive Salon Coordinator to help keep our hair extensions studio running smoothly and our clients feeling taken care of from the moment they walk in. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being part of a team, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in creating a great client experience. Key Responsibilities Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling Greet clients and create a welcoming, comfortable environment Assist with inventory tracking and placing product orders Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio Run occasional errands as needed Support the team with day-to-day tasks to keep operations flowing Qualifications Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Strong communication skills and attention to detail Team player who is willing to jump in where needed Schedule & Compensation Position Type: [Full-time / Part-time] Hours: [Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM] Evening and/or weekend availability may be required Hourly Pay: [$__ – $__ per hour], based on experience Opportunities for performance-based increases over time Additional Perks May Include: Employee discounts on services and products Training and education opportunities Growth potential within the salon
