Salon Coordinator

The Curly Hair Salon is looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Salon Coordinator to help create an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors. We specialize in curly hair services and pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment where clients feel confident, cared for, and celebrated. Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and cared for Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and waitlists Assist with check-in and check-out processes Recommend retail products used during services Help maintain a clean, organized front desk and salon environment Communicate with stylists to keep the day running on time Handle phone calls, texts, and client inquiries and complaints Support inventory management and product displays Help maintain the positive, supportive culture of the salon Support owner and stylists with day-to-day tasks Manage promotional packages Friendly, professional, and confident with clients Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Strong communication and customer service skills Interested in beauty, hair, or wellness industries Experience in a salon or spa is a plus $18–$22 per hour depending on experience Retail commission opportunities Employee discounts on salon services and products Supportive and positive team culture Opportunity to grow within the company
