Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chicago, IL. The Salon Coordinator will oversee daily front desk operations, including managing appointment scheduling, greeting clients, and handling all receptionist duties. The role also involves maintaining communication with clients to provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and contributing to a smooth workflow within the salon.
