Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Salon Coordinator in Downtown San Diego. You’ll be the face and flow of the front desk: managing the schedule, answering calls, welcoming clients, and keeping everything flowing smoothly. It’s a mix of organization, communication, and great energy. We’re looking for someone who’s confident handling a busy front desk, loves delivering next-level service, and knows how to keep things running like clockwork.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling
Experience in performing Receptionist Duties
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional demeanor and appearance
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
