This is a high-volume, mentally fast-paced operations role inside a busy luxury salon and spa environment. This position requires someone who can stay calm, organized, and professional while handling constant interruptions, multiple priorities, and high guest expectations throughout the day. This role is NOT ideal for someone looking for:• A slow-paced office environment• Primarily creative or artistic work• A “behind the scenes beauty industry” experience• A physically hands-on cosmetology role• Minimal guest interaction• A low-pressure front desk position A successful Salon Coordinator must be able to mentally pivot quickly throughout the day. Experience in hospitality, restaurants, luxury retail, fitness studios, medical front desk, or other high-volume customer service environments is strongly preferred.
