Role Description
This full-time, on-site position is located in Twinsburg, OH. As a Salon Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and ensuring the salon operates smoothly. You will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a well-organized reception area. Additional duties may include supporting team members and assisting in administrative tasks needed for daily salon operations.

Strong customer service and communication skills to deliver professional and friendly interactionsProficiency in phone etiquette and handling receptionist duties effectivelyExperience in appointment scheduling and managing reservations in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multitask, stay organized, and demonstrate attention to detailTeam-player mindset with a proactive and adaptable attitudePrior experience in a salon or spa setting is a plus
