Salon Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hair Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of hair and beauty services, and a passion for creating a welcoming salon environment. Supervise daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service Manage appointment scheduling using salon software and other POS systems Oversee retail sales, upselling products Maintain sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations and industry best practices Handle front desk duties including client check-in/out, appointment confirmations, and customer inquiries Manage inventory levels of hair products, tools (such as straight razors), and retail items Coordinate store management tasks including staff scheduling, training sessions, and mentoring team members Proven experience in salon management or a senior stylist role with leadership responsibilities Familiarity with salon software systems Strong understanding of sanitation standards within a beauty or barbering environment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
