The Salon Coordinator is responsible for driving sales revenue in the salon and spa. Our goal is to provide a rewarding and full-service experience for every client in our salon & spa. Client Experience Assist clients with the check-in process at the salon desk ensuring the highest level of client service Responsible for engaging and assisting clients by educating on service offerings Fill available openings in the salon schedule by offering additional services to clients in person and on the phone Adopt the “never say No” philosophy to schedule appointments for all clients by offering additional date and time options to accommodate the client’s needs if a same day appointment is not available. Keep salon professionals on track and on time with all clients by supervising the scheduling of clients within the salon to ensure salon professionals maximize productivity to meet sales goals.
